Thank you to everyone who has responded so far to the list-serve question posed regarding where the response should go. In case you missed it, the following went out to the list-serve members:
Dear MMTCTA List
Serve Members,
Because the Tax Collectors/Treasurer's list-serve has become seldom used,
the Board of Directors asked me to find out if perhaps you would prefer to
have a change in the reply option. Currently, the list-serve is set so that
when a message goes out, the reply goes only to the sender. That came in response
to the initial startup and the observation that a lot of e-mails were coming
in.
Could you please respond to let me know whether you still prefer the reply
to sender only option (the status quo) or the reply to the entire list-serve
option. I will compile the results and post them on the website (www.mmtcta.org)
and let the Board know the results.
