We have the School Board, Selectmen, Budget Committee, Trustees of Trust Funds & Richmond Utilities District which are all elected and all the other boards are appointed. We are thinking of trying to change this to have just the School Board & Selectmen elected and to have the Selectmen appoint the other boards. This way the Selectmen have some control over who sits on a board. What boards in your town are elected vs.. appointed. Thank you.
