Posted by Gwen May, Swan's Island, November 30, 2005:To follow up on Jim's question about reimbursement of taxes, I am wondering how this process is done.  For instance,  1.  Do you send out two separate bills? 2.  How do you know how much to tax the land owner if the commitment hasn't been established before the first bill goes out?
