How many towns have a policy for having an independent recalculation of the Assessor's Certificate of Assessment?  If so, would you be willing to share that with me.  Thank you.

We pass it around before the Selectmen sign it. The Treasurer, Deputy and Assessing Clerk all work the figures. We also run detail to match summary reports to check the exemptions, and other parts of the whole picture. Should you wish to discuss this in length, give me a call. Eva Leavitt in Turner at 225-3414
