List Serve Posting-Settlement Certificate

Posted by: Michelle Fournier, Gardiner: It has been brought to my attention that every year I should be completing a certificate of settlement regarding real & personal property taxes. I did not know that I should be completing this form every year. Is everybody else completing this certificate of settlement yearly?

If you are printing out TRIO's verify the numbers are accurate before you sign it. (Sue Ellen, Waterboro)
I do up a settlement certificate once all the taxes have been either collected or written off. It comes down to a couple of pesky personal property accounts each year (the property tax accounts go into lien). MMA has a good settlement form on line at the following link:
