Posted by Eve Wilkinson, Gouldsboro, July 27, 2010: Does anyone (other that the City of Ellsworth) have a moratorium on the new medical marijuana issue? Also, how do you deal with a moratorium? Is it the same as an Ordinance (approval by voters) or can the selectmen approve it.

In Milbridge they are. If your town does not vote on ordinances then I would say no. The Town votes on all ordinances. (Lewis Pinkham, Milbridge)
