off their trash in our town because it is free of charge for our residents. Are there any towns that don't charge for trash removal and use a sticker or other system? Thank you for your assistance.

We don't charge either and are also looking for options!  Did you get any responses? We were looking at increasing recycling pick up (to twice per month rather than once) and/or alloting a certain number of trash stickers per household for the year.  We haven't made any decisions and are only in the brainstorming stage.
