The Town of Lincolnville has been contacted by First American Tax Service regarding activation of the TRIO Tax Service Extract module so that we can send them extracts of our property tax database.  Have any of you done this?  Has it been successful?  Any pitfalls?  This module is currently not activated and we cannot access it.  First American is apparently willing to pay to have this activated and then pay the annual charge to keep it maintained/licensed.  Any input would be appreciated.
