I have a very unusual request.  Has anyone other than Biddeford had any dealings with an organization named Kingdom Presence Ministry.   The names that they use are Daniel Ballard, Judy Hamlin or Michael Hamlin.  Their organization is working out of Portland, 85 York St or business in Warren, ME.  This happens to be the Maine State Prison address. It appears that they are a “scam” outfit and are working deals with property owners.  The police here in Biddeford are working on a case here and I told the Detective that I'd put it out to other communities.

Responses: I have had phone calls from Mike Hanlon from Kingdom Ministries his number is: 899-2411......he was working with a taxpayer who we were about to foreclose on...but the mortgage company ended up paying.  Thats all the info I have on him.
