        Could you be so kind and have a member of your staff fill out the attached form and fax it back to my office?  As we try to make sure that the mil rate stays consistent during this trying time in the bottomless pit of revenue shortfalls, the Board of Selectmen will be looking at all of their current and possible new user fees.   I am trying to get an idea about the going rates and types in other communities.  If this has already been done by another town, I apologize for the redundancy and just point me in the right direction to retrieve the data.         My goal is to prove that user fees are common in municipalities and when handled fairly and consistently, they can help reduce tax payer burden.  Best regards and Thanks for your help in advance,
