We are looking to update the copiers in the office. We do have one company we usually work with but need to check out others. Looking for information on where offices lease or buy their copiers and if anyone had recently done and RFP and received some bids back that they could share. We currently are looking for a copier that will print color as well as black and white, staple, hole punch, etc. Thank you in advance for your comments.

The City of Belfast uses Transco and Augusta Business Machines (Rickie Lesan, Belfast)

The Town of Richmond just leased one from Transco that's a Xerox color cube   It's a colored copier,  staples, 3 hole punch, folding machine & booklet maker.  We now produce our own newsletters & town reports.  It's also a fax machine & scanner.  The best part of the scanner is that you can scan in a document (word,excel,etc) and then convert it and make changes to it. We use Transco. We just upgraded to a color copier back in the fall. It is also our fax, we can scan documents from it and print from our computers. We do our own town reports with it. (Robin Larson, Milo)
