please in the future reply to one rather than REPLY ALL. This keeps our mailboxes open for other mail. Thanks

Responses: I for one find it helpful to read the responses, rather than JUST the questions. (Karen Jellison, Dedham)

I agree with Karen.  Stoneham is a small town with some of the same issues as other towns and cities so when you respond to a question please "REPLY ALL" Thank you.  (Midge from Stoneham)

I agree with Karen and Midge!!! Small towns rule! (Aaron from Clinton)

I agree with Karen. I like to hear ALL of the responses. I am fairly new at this and I learn alot from those who have years of experience. I also find it pleasant, when some are teasing each other. It lightens one's load at times reading the banter. I guess if someone is irked by the list serve & the email traffic, they have the option of not being on it. (Kathleen Billings-Pezaris, Stonington)

If I am not interested in a particular topic, I delete according to the subject line.  It only takes a few seconds.  I really appreciate being able to read the replies.  Without being able to do that, I probably wouldn't bother with this tool at all.  Please continue to REPLY ALL! (April Bryer, Garland)

We in Westport Island appreciate all the help we can get!  Reply all ;-) (From Westport Island)

I appreciate Reply to all as well. Thanks to all who have made my life easier as Deputy Town Clerk. (Wanda Libbey Holden )

I like getting e-mails and also having the opportunity to share with other cities and towns.  (Reply to all) for New Gloucester. (Sandra Lebel)

I appreciate all the information, Reply all works for me! (Fay Labbe Sagadahoc County)

Ditto for me....always like being on Reply All!  (Lisa M. Wallace Phippsburg )

I agree with April, please reply All!    On another note, the Me. Government Finance Officers Association (MGFOA) will be sponsoring a luncheon session on February 26, 2010 at the Senator Inn in Augusta, Me.  This session from 9 a.m. till 2:15 p.m. will cover: State Economic Update Single Stream Recycling vs Pay Per Bag Initiatives (costs & benefits) Budget Round Table Discussions Please see the attached for additional information.  the brochure is also available on the MMA website. Thanks and hope to see you there (Ruth Porter,Scarborough)

I am new and like the  “reply to all”  please include Dayton. (Yvonne Shaw, Dayton)

What is the process to be removed from the “All Reply Emails”? (Brenda Singo,Town of Long Island )

I don't this there is a choice. You would have to be taken off the mttca listserve and get nothing or create a filter that sends those emails to a special folder separate from your other mail. (Derik Goodine, Naples)
