Posted by Paul LaBrecque, Lewiston, August 13, 2009: Does anyone have a tax acquired property policy that addresses maturing tax liens on buildings located on leased land. These would include mobile homes in a park or homes situated on leased private lots. Even if you don't have a policy addressing these situations, I would still be interested in hearing your comments.
