Posted by Carol Ivey, Monmouth, July 1, 2009:I am beginning to prepare for my liens and have a quick question.  I have heard that there is new wordingthat is required on the Tax Lien form.  Does anyone have a sample that I can use?  I have looked at MMA, but there are a few different options (one sighting case law) and I am not sure which one is the best to use.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  You can email me directly at:  civey@monmouthme.org

There are forms in the back of your Municipal Liens Manual, that you can use as a model. Hope this helps. (Wanda Bartlett)
