Posted by Laurie Boucher, Richmond, August 12, 2008:Are any other towns having problems with cell phone tower tax bills going unpaid?  We have Cingular AT & T that owes for 2 years ($2300).  Do the cell tower companies usually pay their own tax bill or does the land owner pay?
