Posted by Laurie Boucher, Richmond, May 23, 2007:The Town of Richmond puts Christmas Wreaths on the telephone poles in Richmond.  Verizon requires us to show them proof of insurance in case we damage the poles.  To have our insurance company provide verizon with a certificate of insurance we pay $50 a year.  We do not have to do anything for CMP.  Have any other Towns had this issue with Verizon?
