Does anyone have an interactive Tax Lien Certificate template that you would be willing to share with me? I thought that MMA had one posted on their website but I can only find the 30-day notice in pdf form.

Responses:It's not truly interactive, but I have our lien certificates in Word format that you can down load and set up with an excel mail-merge (or just type in the changeable info if you want).  I will post that by this weekend. (Stu Marckoon, Lamoine)
