b. Educational Programs – Review of the 2004 Training Calendar – Successful or not? Do the programs need revamping? How many new programs did we add? Are we meeting the needs of the members?
c. Certification Process – How many did we certify in 2004? Do we need to change any of the forms or process?
d. Legislative Advocacy – Did we do enough this year?
e. Web Site – Did we meet our goal for this year?
4. MMTCTA Successes of 2004
5. Where Are We Going?
Brainstorming on Topics/Issues for discussion
6. Goals for 2005
Develop outcomes for each Goal
7. Set Action Priorities for new year & assign responsibilities
8. Adjourn

you will be having lobster or steak for lunch. An appetizer, salad, or dessert would be appreciated. You can let Joan or Karen know what you are
able to bring when ordering your choice of lunch. Please let her know by August 2, 2004. BRING YOUR ADMINISTRATIVE GUIDE BOOK. We will provide new ones for the new board members.
